Position Overview
As the Maintenance Manager, you will keep all machinery and equipment in the assembly area in proper functioning, ensuring production volumes required by customers.
You will manage resources, develop the technical team, plan and control area expenses, and collaborate with operational and support areas.
Principal Responsibilities
Define the maintenance strategy for assembly machines to maintain production volume, including improvements, refurbishment and benchmarking with other plants.
Coordinate and assure execution of the preventive maintenance program for assembly areas according to established routines, instructions and procedures.
Validate receiving, installation and startup of all new machinery and equipment for assembly areas.
Collaborate with procurement to develop local contractors and specialist machine shops for repair, fixes and manufacturing tooling and mechanical parts, providing flexibility and quick response when operation...
