Job Description
Job Overview Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this position is responsible for managing the planning and scheduling of all maintenance work. This includes developing, scheduling, optimizing, analyzing, and closing work orders of all types.
This position generates reports relating to maintenance activities such as labor, material parts cost, total equipment costs, schedule compliance, proactive work, etc. The role is located at our Lunenburg, NS production facility and requires on‑site presence 5 days per week.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Manage the workflow process to ensure all requested work is inputted correctly into the CMMS and that all necessary information for effective planning is provided. Input the work order into the CMMS with appropriate skill assignment, cost center, and clear instructions.
Track maintenance activities and communicate effectively to all stakeholders on the status of the requested work.
