Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Perform repair, maintenance, installation, and modernization of production systems.Ensure preventative maintenance on facility machinery is completed and documented.Complete daily maintenance and repair logs accurately.Locate and diagnose electrical malfunctions using appropriate test equipment.Repair and troubleshoot mechanical issues within required timeframes.Maintain personal and equipment safety compliance at all times.Process all necessary paperwork for repairs and maintenance activities.Train production employees on equipment setup, operation, and related procedures as needed.Participate in projects and rebuilds, including developing and revising Lock-Out and Confined Space procedures.Ensure compliance with all food safety and employee safety policies and procedures.
