Responsibilities:
Ensures appropriate monitoring and acheivement of the preventive maintenance program for production molds and tools.Ensures proper implementation of mold cleaning, cumplying at 100% check list cleaning molding.Plan the mold repairs according to internal and external customer requirementsCover tooling requirements on time and in the best conditions according the needs of production areas in the plant.Ensures and maintains the quality and good conditions of the tooling according to customer requirements (Coordinating the tooling repairs, components change, preventive maintenance and mold cleaning).Implement reaction plans if necessary and give a fast response to production about tooling issues.Application of the 5's within your workspace.Manages inventory levels of spare parts and secondary equipment with suppliers, purchasi...
