The Major Gifts Officer position exists to develop relationships with individual constituents, foundations, and corporations for the purpose of having them financially support the ministry; to communicate the vision, mission and initiatives of Focus on the Family, thank donors for their gifts, inform them of our on-going projects and how donors can be financially involved, enhance our friendship through authentic encouragement, serving as a resource for their ministry needs, and discovers and pursues opportunities for giving with potential donors.
