Summary The primary purpose of this position is to provide line managers in the organization with authorized and objectively based information for making decisions on the administrative aspects of organizational effectiveness, program evaluation and analysis, and management controls. The incumbent performs a variety of senior level analytical, planning, evaluative and advisory work. Responsibilities Major duties include: Develops effective and timely change management solutions aligning business results with operational outcomes. Conducts formal and informal presentations to justify and defend administrative aspects of mission critical programs. Document program inconsistencies and/or anomalies and prepare management reports and recommendations to resolve issues.
