How you will make an impact
In this role, you will ensure seamless administrative support and internal communication flow for the SVP Supply Chain SE/FI and the Supply Chain leadership team. You will coordinate calendars, travel, and expenses, drive high-quality documentation practices, and work closely with our Site Admin community to strengthen collaboration, consistency and digital ways of working. You will also support internal events and townhalls across Arla Sweden/Finland, with the potential to take on ad hoc projects over time.
This position is part of Supply Chain Sweden, with Solna as the preferred location; however, we are willing to consider alternative site locations for highly qualified candidates. You will also be part of the Arla SE Assistant team, collaborating to continuously improve ways of working across the full organization.
