Overview
You will be joining Deutsche Bank Management Consulting (DBMC), the Bank’s in-house management consulting team that partners with senior leaders to actively contribute to the bank’s strategic objectives. DBMC connects strategy to execution with measurable outcomes. Our role is to support the bank’s transformation journey, helping to define and operationalise its key priorities. To achieve this, we collaborate with business divisions and infrastructure functions across Deutsche Bank’s global platform. Our engagements cover a wide range of topics including strategic growth initiatives, product development, process optimisation, risk and regulatory transformation, generative AI adoption, as well as organisational / operating model design.
