Actuarial Manager – Full Time, Permanent
Location: Regina Head Office (hybrid work option available) Salary range: $109,052 – $162,859 (after verification of education, experience, and completed exams sponsored by the Casualty Actuarial Society or Canadian Institute of Actuaries) Key Responsibilities
Actuarial Management
Manage actuarial investigations and communicate actuarial and technical considerations for actuarial projects. Ensure effective collaboration of the team with product management, finance, corporate underwriting, corporate claims, and operational teams to understand issues and recommend solutions. Present results of analyses and own work to SGI management. Enhance machine learning model building capabilities within the team. Work with regulators to ensure compliance and advocate for decisions in SGI's favor. Develop actuarial skills and acumen of self and others at SGI.
