Job Duties and Responsibilities
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers and subject matter experts from initial concept creation through proof of concept (PoC) testing to implementation of technology on Dana’s next e-Propulsion platforms
- Interface with product planning, sales, purchasing and engineering organizations to align on technology roadmap
- Provide final engineering approval amongst competing technology needs to concept down selection towards PoC development
- Deep understanding of virtual and physical load cases required to support all attribute targets of technologies explored
- Manage virtual engineering needs and software in CAE and CFD supporting technology development
- Manage smaller test bench assets and test articles to achieve key data validation on technologies
