- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI and automation opportunities across business units.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational workflows into structured AI use cases.
- Source, evaluate, and deploy SaaS AI tools that improve drafting, summarization, document review, search, and workflow efficiency.
- Lead rapid pilots and controlled enterprise rollouts of AI-enabled solutions.
- Establish clear ownership, governance, and guardrails for AI usage across the organization.
- Ensure alignment with Cyber Security and Data Governance standards, including privacy and compliance requirements.
