CLV is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee a national portfolio of multi‑residential properties. The role is responsible for driving asset‑level performance, executing business plans, and supporting capital allocation decisions across a portfolio of approximately units.
This position offers an opportunity for a high‑performing real‑estate professional with 5–7 years of experience to take on direct asset‑level accountability within an institutional investment platform. The successful candidate will maximize portfolio value through disciplined analysis, strategic execution, and close collaboration with operations and leadership teams.
