What is the opportunity?The Manager, Asset Securitization Operations is responsible for the execution and on-going administration and reporting for Corporate Treasury's Securitization & Term Funding transactions.
What you will do?Administer the monthly reporting of Corporate Treasury’s securitization/ structured finance vehicles. Ensure all deadlines are met. Advise management of any unusual situations for which guidance is required.Analyze on-going performance of structured finance vehicles and effectively communicate findings to senior management.Participate in the on-going development of the systems strategy for structured finance transactions, including UAT design and execution.Facilitate alternative solutions by seeking out new approaches, tools, methods and/or technologies to provide effective and efficient reporting.Ensure the flawless payment and collection of all interest and principal fl...
