What you will do:
Reporting to the Executive Director, Product Management, as theManager, B2B Product Managementyouwillmanageand develop a team of Product Managers who shape and deliver the vision and strategy for our CRM and prepaid commerce products.Youwill guide the roadmap and execution of digital solutions that power enterprise clients’ commerce and sales operations—spanning CRM capabilities for media, groups & events, and corporate fulfillment, as well as prepaid offerings like vouchers and gift cards.
In this role, you’ll provide both strategic direction and handson support, enabling your team to make datadriven decisions and deliver highimpact products. You’ll foster alignment across sales, technology, operations, finance, and external partners to ensure our CRM tools and prepaid platforms are scalable, efficient, and consistently elevate the customer and sales team experience.
