Summary:The Manager, Brand Management – Poland & Baltics supports the activation and inmarket execution of brand plans across the Coca-Cola Company portfolio in Poland and the Baltic markets. This role is highly executional and focuses onlocal adaptation, coordination, and deliveryof centrally developed strategies, creative assets, innovation toolkits, and IMX materials.
Working within a multimarket environment, the Manager collaborates closely with the Senior Manager, crossfunctional local network teams, and bottler partners (CCH) to ensure brand activities are implemented with quality, speed, and local relevance. This role requires strong project management, attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple campaigns and brands simultaneously.
