What you’ll be doing
- Develop and coach a team of client service and financial service professionals to deliver an exceptional client experience and deepen client relationships.
- Inspire team members to perform at their best, supporting a “One Team” approach to connect clients with the right advice.
- Support the Banking Centre Leader in monitoring business performance, implementing action plans, and increasing overall performance.
Client Experience
- Lead by example and demonstrate how to deepen client relationships and meet client financial needs.
- Encourage employees to resolve client complaints quickly, escalating when necessary, and manage hard‑to‑solve issues.
- Empower clients to use self‑service channels.
