What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and coach a team of client service and financial service professionals to deliver an exceptional client experience and deepen client relationships.
  • Inspire team members to perform at their best, supporting a “One Team” approach to connect clients with the right advice.
  • Support the Banking Centre Leader in monitoring business performance, implementing action plans, and increasing overall performance.

Client Experience

  • Lead by example and demonstrate how to deepen client relationships and meet client financial needs.
  • Encourage employees to resolve client complaints quickly, escalating when necessary, and manage hard‑to‑solve issues.
  • Empower clients to use self‑service channels.
