THE ROLE
- Responsible for developing and executing the capability building strategy and plan that supports individual professional and collective market development and improved performance across key commercial channels
- Prioritizes needs, defines desired learning outcomes and develops learning offers for the commercial organization in these channels
- Manages and refreshes capability building solutions in line with updated business priorities
- Lead and manage a team of Deployment Executives / Trainers in the field, ensuring effective delivery and embedding of key development programs and initiatives
