Manager, Commercial Services – Southern Cone
Position type: Hybrid (Remote). Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina.
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Services Manager to lead digital and physical revenue for the Southern Cone (Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Uruguay, Paraguay). This senior role owns the P&L, drives revenue growth, and negotiates with DSPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own digital and physical revenue targets and manage the P&L for the region.
- Lead strategic negotiations and high‑impact campaigns (home takeovers, platform exclusives, partner initiatives).
- Act as the primary DSP counterpart for Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, Amazon, TikTok, and Claro Música, leading local, regional and Anglo pitches.
- Use streaming analytics to prioritize releases, optimize marketing spend, and identify growth opportunities.
