Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Key Responsibilities**- Partner with Plant Manager and leadership team to drive business performance- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes- Analyze plant performance (costing, variances, margins) and provide actionable insights- Support investment decisions and capital projects (CAPEX, automation, etc.)- Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives- Manage standard costing and support inventory control- Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policiesExperiência y requisitos**Profile**- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field- Proven experience as a Plant Controller in a manufacturing environment (must-have)- Strong background in cost accounting, standard costing, and financial analysis- Experience partnering with operations and influencing decision-making- SAP and advanced Excel skills preferred- MBA or professional certification (CPA/ACCA/CIMA) is a plus- Advanced...
