& Requirements Who we are looking for Your future role: We are looking for a Manager to join our Debt & Capital Advisory team, with a focus on commercial real estate, combining strong transactional and technical expertise with a commercial, client-facing and business development mindset. In this role, you will not only lead complex transaction processes but also play an active part in building client relationships, originating opportunities, leading end-to-end transaction processes, and contributing to the growth of the practice. Who we are looking for: 

Minimum 5 years of experience in executing commercial real estate transactions, with a preference on securing debt financing; 

Previous professional experience in structured finance teams in banks, capital markets teams in real estate advisory firms or real estate investors would be much appreciated;
