Position Overview
The DTC Manager will lead Acushnet Canada’s direct-to-consumer sales and profitability for Titleist and FootJoy brands, driving growth and elevating customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual DTC sales plans
- Develop and manage P&Ls for the Titleist and FootJoy e‑commerce businesses
- Plan and execute digital marketing efforts to drive traffic, database growth, consumer engagement and conversion on e‑commerce sites
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on product category objectives, strategy, plans and budgets
- Perform hands‑on updates and analysis (content uploading, analytics monitoring, merchandising)
- Lead forecast process for DTC, managing inventory with product teams
- Develop reporting tools and KPIs, communicating results to stakeholders
- Implement Canadian market capabilities, including custom offerings and leading‑edge CRM tools
