In this role, you will:
Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.Support the Employee Relations data reporting strategy, internally and externally: Prepare, analyze and present data and reporting to support the Employee Relations function and broader Bank initiatives.Leverage data insights to identify trends, patterns, and emerging issues in Employee Relations matters across the Bank.
