Overview
As an Assurance Manager, you will be a professional member of the EY Private Client Services team, delivering quality assurance services to our clients and their stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Focus exclusively on helping business owners and entrepreneurs take advantage of opportunities and address challenges unique to private companies.
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel and establish expectations of value to be delivered.
- Participate in performing audit procedures, especially focusing on complex and/or specialized issues.
- Review corporate tax returns; identify and propose solutions to corporate tax issues.
