Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures in compliance with IFRS and/or US GAAP;
  • Assist with the coordination of the annual audit and work directly with external auditors;
  • Review and check accuracy and completeness of information provided by internal operations and reporting teams;
  • Assist in the preparation of the Board reporting package on a quarterly basis and supporting financial analysis as required;
  • Strong focus on collaboration and relationships with various internal and external stakeholders;
  • Use appropriate judgment in dealing with issues and requests, demonstrating an ability to effectively prioritize work and determine solutions;
  • Propose and/or implement procedural changes to improve performance of the team;
  • Provide valuable financial analysis and review results for reasonability;
