Job Description

Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Base Salary for this role: $110,000 – $135,000 CAD + bonus + meaningful equity Location: Vancouver, BC (Hybrid) or Remote (Canada)   The Opportunity We’re hiring a Manager, FP&A to drive and support how a dual-listed (TSX/NASDAQ) fintech company plans, allocates capital, and measures performance.

  •   This is not a traditional FP&A role.


    You will operate across a multi-product fintech spanning wealth, lending, payments, and treasury - where financial insights directly inform capital allocation and product strategy in a public company environment.


    You will not just report on performance - you will help shape how capital is deployed across the business.

  •   This role reports to the Director of Finance and works closely with the CFO (Co-founder & President), contributing to forecasting, business performance analysis, and strategic decision-making.
