Overview
We are seeking a data-driven, guest-obsessed Global Paid Media Manager to lead Pursuits demand generation with a key focus on digital and traditional advertising. This role will manage external paid media and creative agencies to drive customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and deliver measurable ROI. The internal owner of paid media will evaluate recommendations, align efforts with business goals, and ensure paid media and performance marketing initiatives contribute to revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in performance and paid media marketing and a deep understanding of how to connect data, creativity, and analytics to meet revenue targets and grow a global house of brands.
