We are seeking a strategic, results‑driven Regional Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to lead and elevate our recruitment delivery across Latin America, with a primary focus on Brazil and Argentina, and planned expansion into Colombia.
In this high‑impact, matrixed role, you will bridge the gap between global strategy and regional execution. Reporting jointly to the Global VP of TA Center of Excellence (COE) and the in‑region HR Leader, you will ensure that our LATAM recruiting and onboarding strategies align seamlessly with global standards while respecting local market nuances. You will be directly responsible for the governance and performance of our regional Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner, driving operational excellence to improve time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, and the overall stakeholder experience.
