About the Role
In this role, you will be accountable for the strategy execution and planning for Raw Materials Sourcing in Indonesia. You will also be responsible to lead the execution of the overall country and mill strategy for the department in partnership with the cross-functional teams. The main purpose of the role is leverage raw materials expertise to enable brand strategies and growth plans while driving global sourcing strategy through vendor allocation (sample and bulk), capacity planning & AUC management and country/ mill strategy.What You'll Do
Indonesia Mill & Supplier Management:
Own and manage relationships with Indonesia-based woven fabric mills, including strategic, core, and nominated suppliers.
Drive regular engagement with mills on capability building, lead times, MOQ flexibility, quality, innovation, and cost competitiveness.
