Role Overview
The MCP promotes full‑scope clinical practice, ensures compliance with professional and regulatory standards, and leads quality improvement initiatives. This role provides clinical oversight, staff leadership, and mentorship across professional and paraprofessional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead clinical quality, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure holistic client assessments and client‑centered care plans
- Visit clients as needed; manage service delivery and client/HCP matching
- Investigate and resolve client, family, funder, and employee concerns
- Recruit, supervise, coach, and evaluate field staff
- Lead training, mentorship, and performance management activities
- Coordinate with funders, care teams, and government programs
- Support branch operations, including on‑call clinician access as required
