Job Description
The Manager of Customer Service will be responsible for leading, guiding and coaching its team to ensure effective processing of customer orders and liaison with internal departments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the order processing team to ensure effective order entry, delivery and invoicing
- Ensure effective customer contact to achieve on time payment
- Develop the skills and capabilities of the order processing team
- Ensure continuous improvement of processes and policies to improve customer experience and department efficiency
- Ensure accurate master data within SAP
- Analyze reports from SAP and BW
Qualifications and Skills
- Academic degree in business administration or similar
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in order processing or customer service department
