Formed from the merger of JAM Paper & Envelope and BigName Commerce, we sell through Amazon, Staples, Office Depot, WB Mason, and more. We have decades of deep industry expertise and a clear‑eyed view that the next chapter of growth will be driven by smart, tech‑enabled selling.
We’re looking for a Director of Sales & AI‑Powered Growth – someone who can close deals and also architect the systems that generate them. This is a player‑coach role: you’ll carry your own book of business while managing a small team of experienced reps and leading our push into AI‑driven outbound and lead generation. You’ll report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and have real influence over how JAM+ scales its commercial operation.
