We’re supporting the search for a Manager of Technical Architecture to join a growing Managed Services organization in a highly impactful, leadership-facing role.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys stepping into complex technical challenges, and can elevate both the technical function and overall operational maturity of an MSP.
What you will do:
- Act as the senior technical escalation point for high-priority client issues, driving rapid assessment and resolution
- Translate complex technical challenges into clear, actionable plans for Service Desk, Network Operations, and Project teams
