Position
Experienced Manager, Operations – SãoPaulo, reporting to the Head of Operations, Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Review voyage and time charter contract requirements.
- Plan voyages to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
- Manage voyage and time charter post‑fixture matters.
- Provide detailed voyage instructions to Masters.
- Appoint and instruct agents, surveyors, stevedores, and weather routing companies.
- Handle voyage and time charter disputes.
- Ensure daily accuracy of Veson VIP schedules (including Sub Time Charter voyages).
- Implement and execute all company and department policies and procedures.
- Prepare freight billings, hire payments, vetting of DA’s and miscellaneous vendor invoices.
- Conduct post‑voyage analysis (financial and statistical).
