Overview
As Manager, Operations you will plan, organize, direct, and control the activities required for effective management and supervision of the Installation Department, to include Field Staff. The primary goal is to ensure quality installations and client satisfaction. The position reports to the Regional Vice President, with full financial accountability and responsibility for the security domain results of the Vancouver branch. The Manager, Operations will work strategically with Bosch Building Technologies leadership to support the execution of complex technology projects and deliver high levels of service to our client base while supporting the workforce.
