Role & Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent client service Lead the client relationship management for fund administration clients Prepare and review accounting entries, monthly close procedures, support schedules, invoices, etc. Manage NAV preparation and review process Review and support production of Financial Statements Support investor communications for clients Assist in the development of new & existing client relationships Optimize service offerings, automate and standardize processes, increase productivity and profitability Utilize fund accounting and investor reporting systems such as Paxus and Geneva and investor portals including Connect and Investment Café Ensure adherence to documented procedures and policies Collaborate with other internal and external teams Ensure all deliverables are met on a timely and accurate basis Work on integration of large fund administration mandates (as required) Work on ad‑hoc internal and global projects (as required) Qualificatio...
