Overall Purpose
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Procurement and Support Services, the Manager, Procurement Services will be responsible for leading procurement operations across the Operations and/or Facilities portfolios. This role will ensure the efficient, cost-effective, and ethical acquisition of goods and services while maintaining compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and broader public sector directives.
The Manager will provide strategic guidance, develop and implement procurement policies, and foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders to align procurement activities with organizational goals. This position will also oversee a team responsible for day-to-day procurement operations, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
