Job Description
The TPMO (Advice Canada & Shared Services team) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager, Project Delivery to join our team. Reporting to the Director, Portfolio Management & Governance, you will be responsible to lead a team of experienced Project Manager & Program Managers and to promote delivery best practices within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Project Managers, including staff and contingent labour, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure effective execution of Delivery methodologies across initiatives
- Support and promote Delivery best practices and techniques within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Provide coaching and training to teams and stakeholders on Delivery methodologies, roles, and responsibilities
