Responsibilities
- Responsible for the financial performance of a designated division/project. Management of financial performance to ensure business plans targets are being met.
- Report issues to Operations Manager regarding financial performance, workload status, potential legal issues, and potential opportunities.
- Resolve project-level legal disputes and escalate issues to Operations Manager.
- Put in place a management team with clearly defined responsibilities covering all aspects of the operation.
- Prepare staff development and succession plans for key positions in the department.
