_As a Manager, RM Strategy & Enablement, you will lead a team responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and actionable data and insights across the commercial organization. This is a people leadership role with accountability for team performance, stakeholder partnership, and execution of high-impact initiatives._
_To succeed in this role, you must effectively balance hands-on technical contribution with people leadership and cross-functional collaboration. You will partner with stakeholders across revenue management, marketing, customer experience, sales, product, pricing, and systems to design, develop, and maintain advanced analytical tools and reporting.
