Overview
Northbridge Risk Services Manager, Commercial Auto – responsible for advanced risk management, delivery of advisory, consulting, training, and education services within an assigned region and for the operational day‑to‑day functions of the department and staff.
Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced risk management techniques and implement department direction.
- Manage the provision of risk services advisory, consulting, training, and education services.
- Lead daily operations, coaching, mentoring, and motivating staff.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with brokers and/or customers.
- Apply best business practices toward advanced risk management techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
