& SummaryPwC Poland’s Mergers & Acquisitions team comprises over 40 specialists and stands as the largest and most experienced transaction advisory team in the country. We support clients throughout the entire process - from strategy development and investor discussions to final negotiations. We operate on both the sell-side and buy-side, delivering advisory services for the most prestigious transactions in the Polish market and the CEE region.
For 7 consecutive years, we have held the 1 position in Poland based on the number of completed transactions according to Mergermarket. Over the last 5 years alone, we have successfully closed 87 major deals valued at approximately PLN 35 billion, advising leading corporations and investment funds.
