About the team
This new Rentals Multichannel Ads team is responsible for maintaining and building services that power our precision-targeted advertising on platforms such as Zillow’s own sites, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.We’ll have a mix of tenured team members who are already familiar with this area and new team members. We will continue to innovate and come up with new ideas and tools to optimize multichannel ad delivery for our large property management customers.
About the role
We are looking for a software engineering manager with both current technical and leadership skills. This role requires an experienced leader who can coach engineers and can jump in to build with the team when a small team has limited bandwidth.
The successful candidate’s primary responsibilities are to support their manager, their team, and the systems that power our multichannel ads.
