Overview
Manager, Supply Chain – Langley, BC. Reporting to the General Manager - Langley, this role leads the supply chain operations for the helicopter airframe MRO & modification site, driving sourcing, planning, purchasing, and logistics to meet program, quality, and delivery goals.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support all aspects of supply chain for the site, including purchasing, shipping & receiving, and stores functions in support of the site’s Transport Canada Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) MRO operations.
- Work alongside and manage a small team of buyers and stores personnel, setting objectives and supporting performance development.
- Develop and grow relationships with critical suppliers, negotiating pricing, contracts, and inventory agreements to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
