Job Summary
As the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will lead a team of Specialists responsible for building talent pipelines and managing hiring processes across business units. You will conduct full‑cycle strategic recruiting to meet operational goals, support a proactive and collaborative approach, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance of talent acquisition policies. Your role requires passion for Syneos Health’s mission, adaptability, and strong leadership skills.
