- leading, coaching and managing the Ticketing Team, including staffing, rostering, training, and performance management;
- overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the ticketing system, ensuring system stability, performance, and data accuracy across all events and venues;
- overseeing ticketing support for internal stakeholders and external hirers, ensuring that the Ticketing Team provides effective onboarding, contract compliance, and ongoing client service throughout the event lifecycle;
