**What's the role?**

As the Total Rewards Manager, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing compensation, benefits, and wellness programs, policies, and procedures, while shaping and executing a Total Rewards strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives. You will lead the execution and governance of Total Rewards programs across Puerto Rico and the USVI, with a primary focus on compensation strategy, decision-making, and the annual compensation cycle. This includes key initiatives such as harmonizing grades and levels, evaluating career tracks in partnership with the People team to ensure consistency and fairness, and maintaining strong operational ownership of the benefits ecosystem.
