Trade Finance Manager, Customer Operations
Location: Helsinki, Finland.
What you will do
- Provide trade finance guidance and hands‑on support across businesses and functions, including senior management decision support.
- Develop trade finance capabilities, processes, and ways of working in collaboration with businesses, Treasury, and external partners.
- Ensure strong governance, compliance, and operational guidelines across trade finance.
- Ensure commercial terms align with risk, country exposure, and trade credit insurance structures.
- Manage trade credit insurance administration and broker coordination.
- Contribute to end‑to‑end process development and working capital improvement initiatives.
