MAIN GOAL:
Continuous overview of warranty cases and support of warranty handling and thus maximization of the commercial effects for ZKW.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Regular coordination with the QCM's of the sites on current warranty cases and negotiations.
- Regular review of the COPQ status with the QCMs.
- Ongoing evaluation and visualization of warranty processing per customer.
