StautRH e Kestria Brasil - EXECUTIVE SEARCH DIVISION, is seeking a Managing Director for a medium-sized multinational company in the machinery and equipment sector.

The position is based in Rio de Janeiro.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial vehicle body manufacturing, heavy truck components, or industrial fabrication.
• Leadership tenure, progressive leadership, including a general management or P&L role.
• Engineering & Manufacturing background in steel fabrication, welding, painting/coating, and assembly operations. Familiarity with lean manufacturing and productivity improvement.
• Proven track record in general management or operations leadership (Managing Director) within a mid‑sized manufacturing environment.
• Commercial experience – Understanding of B2B equipment sales to private fleet operators and body builders.
• Familiar with aftersales support and fleet‑uptime value propositions.
