Job Description
What you will do
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and help resolve production issues impacting live hiring events;
- Perform manual, functional, regression, and end-to-end testing across platform workflows;
- Validate REST APIs, integrations, and backend services using Postman ;
- Execute backend data validation and troubleshooting using SQL queries;
- Reproduce, document, and track defects, workflow issues, and test results in Jira ;
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Client Support, and GTM teams to investigate and resolve client-reported issues;
- Support incident triage activities and assist with release validation efforts;
- Validate architecture changes, new integrations, and platform enhancements prior to release;
